We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing location of this hotel. It is situated in the finest place, surrounded by tea plantations and rose gardens. The views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is serene. We enjoyed a leisurely walk into town, passing by the tea pickers harvesting, which added to the charm of our stay. This place truly offers a unique experience.
This hotel is highly recommended for families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is situated in a great location, surrounded by breathtaking views. the rooms are very clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities. the staff is very supportive and friendly which makes you feel welcome.
My overall experience at the hotel was ruined by the quality of the food. the food was not very tasty and lacked variety.

We had the best stay in Kerala at this hotel. It is located near just about everything we wanted to see and close to nature, with beautiful tea plantations and rose gardens within walking distance. the room was modern, spacious, and very clean. the staff was friendly and provided us with lots of helpful information about the city. the breakfast had an extensive choice and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
The toiletries provided in the room were limited, so it would be advisable to pack your own.

Spent the most amazing Christmas weekend here! The room was clean and cozy, and the service was top-notch. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the town center. Plus, we had a great view of the mountains from our room. The food at the restaurant was divine, especially the options for vegetarians. The staff was friendly, warm, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.
The limited range of toiletries in the room, we had to pack the rest. , the restaurant timings could be extended a bit, so we wouldn't have to go far to find something to eat late at night.
